- Great phone presence

- Detail Oriented

- Rental Industry Experience

- Construction Experience

- Bachelor's or Associates Degree

- Lien Release knowledge

- Notice to Owner (NTO) knowledge

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Collections Specialist for one of our large construction/rental companies in the Orlando. Please see more duties below.

- Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

- Contact customers regarding payment status

- Answering incoming customer calls -- high volume

- Assist with customers and profit centers to get disputed invoices resolved

- Assist general contractors for specific jobs and make arrangements for joint checks

- Update and amend customer maintenance information

- Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor
