The Senior Corporate Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving financial insight and decision-making across Shearer’s Foods. This position partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable analysis that enhances profitability, strengthens cost control, and supports strategic initiatives. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who can translate complex financial data into meaningful recommendations for leadership. Your seat at the table: Own and enhance financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning Lead monthly analysis of SG&A costs, identifying variances, risks, and cost optimization opportunities Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and influence decision‑making Support the development, consolidation, and reporting of the annual budget and forecasts Maintain and improve forecasting data and reporting within ERP and financial systems Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy Deliver timely, high‑quality ad hoc analysis for senior leadership What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI and Microsoft D365 is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
