Description of Work Assignment Will be providing OP medication management and psych evaluation services to 4-17 yr olds with psychiatric dx. Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 5 days a week 830a-430p Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: Day shift preferred days: Monday-Friday On call? No Patient Load 15 min med manage visits and 60 min psych eval visits 6 to 7 hours per shift. There is appt time flexibility Board Status Requirement (BC/BE) Yes C/A board certification required Is there additional support staff? Yes. PARS will do all the scheduling for provider Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Will see pts independently but will have another provider in the team Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for them?
