Only submit your provider if they can cover July 13-17th in its entirety. Coverage excludes weekends Work Location: NBI - Beth Prime Care and Adult Health Center Practice -166 Lyons Ave, Newark 07112 Specialty: Neurology Coverage Dates Needed: July 13-17 Please list any anticipated procedures/surgeries the provider will be required to perform and anticipated volumes. N/A Description of Work Assignment: Outpatient clinic visits, inpatient neuro consults and possibly code stroke responding physician Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: July 13-17 would require 2 clinic sessions per day Monday -Friday for total of 10 sessions per week. Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: Clinic - 09:00 - 17:00 Mon - Friday On call? No Patient Load: Clinic: 14 patients: 30 min New Patient and 30 min follow up. 10 patients: 1 hour New Patient and 30 min follow up appointments.
