MCRT Master's Level Therapist Full Time Clinical Staff, MA, Pinellas Park, FL, US Salary Range: $30.00 To $30.00 Annually Responsibilities Provides initial screening and triage for immediate response to mental health crisis calls, including evaluation, lethality/risk assessment, and mental status examinations. Determines necessary level of care for identified clients. Acts as a resource for local law enforcement agencies and local crisis hotlines. Works in crisis situations and makes clinical decisions with minimal direction. Navigates telemedicine when indicated. Qualifications Masters degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy and/or certification in the field of addictions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and utilize sound clinical judgment. Familiarity with Florida Baker Act laws. Physical Requirements Ability to bend, lift a minimum of 30 pounds, stretch, lower, and raise self independently from the floor. Visual and auditory ability in emergency situations.
