From that, we model cognition, voice, and memory at high fidelity. The role Three things you’ll own. Founding Designer. You hold the line on craft for the entire product, the brand, and the way our ideas show up in the world. Product + interaction Own end-to-end UX for a daily-use personal AI — onboarding, chat, memory surfaces, proactive moments, the agentic version of you. Make the magic legible. Brand + visual identity Shape how the world perceives a personal AI: editorial type, considered motion, distinct opinions. Stand against clickbait, hype, and slop. Figma to React. Ship UI yourself, in code, with Cursor or Claude Code as a second pair of hands. No handoff culture. We don’t hold any of these requirements as hard blockers, and you should reach out if you are excited — even if you don’t fit any/all of these. 3–10 years of product design experience. A portfolio of work you actually shipped, not just pretty pixels. A spike. Something you are uniquely obsessed with — music, video games, a sport, the cinema of Wong Kar-wai. Tell us what. Figma fluency and the ability to ship your designs in React/TypeScript yourself. LLM-native dev/design workflow. Cursor or Claude Code power user.
