About the Role
The Company is seeking an executive leader to serve as CEO of its medical center and dean of its physicians and surgeons college. The role includes providing strategic leadership across health and biomedical sciences, guiding the medical center’s operations, and advancing the institution’s academic and clinical mission. The executive will work with senior leaders to set priorities, align organizational efforts, and support the continued development of its health and biomedical sciences programs. Candidates should bring substantial senior leadership experience in health, biomedical sciences, academic medicine, or a related field. The role calls for strong strategic, operational, and organizational leadership skills, along with the ability to guide complex institutions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Relevant advanced education and a record of leadership in clinical, research, or academic settings are expected.
