Pediatric Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2100 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• 7 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - NICU and PICU experience is required.

Shift & Scheduling: - Rotated weekends.

3 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days. End assignment restriction: 7 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
