Senior Manager, Regional Operations

Summary The Senior Manager, Regional Operations for the Southeast leads operational execution and capability building across boutiques by reinforcing standards, enabling consistent processes, and providing hands‑on coaching and training. This role partners with field and corporate teams to drive compliance, systems adoption, and operational readiness to support sales and customer experience. Responsibilities Provide regional operational oversight and ensure adherence to policies, standards, and SOPs through onsite and virtual engagement. Coach boutique and regional leaders on operational practices, conduct visits to identify gaps, and guide remediation. Serve as regional subject‑matter expert for processes, systems, inventory controls, and operational rollouts. Lead training initiatives including train‑the‑trainer models to embed standards and enable adoption of tools and systems. Support boutique openings, relocations, renovations, and closures with planning and onsite readiness. Partner with leadership on expense control, operational risk mitigation, audits, and special projects. Requirements 7+ years of retail operations experience with regional and/or multi-store responsibility. Proven experience training and coaching leaders and teams on operational standards, systems, and controls. Strong communication, diagnostic, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
