Websteridence Physical Therapy Center is currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outstanding team in Keyport, New Jersey. Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work in an onsite rehabilitation facility that provides state-of-the-art equipment and resources, enabling effective physical therapy interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients who are recovering from various injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Guide and assist patients through exercises and movements to enhance their recovery, focusing on reducing pain and improving mobility.
• Document patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress consistently to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and quality assurance.
• Regularly reassess patient needs and adjust treatment protocols to reflect progress or changes in condition.
• Instruct patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and the use of assistive devices to promote independence and self-care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and participation in professional societies to stay current with industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population that includes children and adults of various age groups, each presenting unique physical challenges. Our therapists employ a patient-centered approach, tailoring therapies based on each individual's specific diagnosis, lifestyle, and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current State License to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Competent in using electronic health record systems and basic word processing software.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances within a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience in home care or outpatient therapy is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
