Objective Responsible for utilizing parts and work scheduling supplied by Maintenance Planning, Production Superintendents and MP&L Manager. Directs the maintenance and repair of all existing plant production equipment and facilities. Reports any and all maintenance planning concerns, including repairs, personnel needs, parts and supplies.

Main Responsibilities Oversees and evaluates the performance of Maintenance Technicians. Works closely with production and support departments to best serve them as customers. Supports plant-wide effort to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Is responsible, under the direction of the Maintenance Superintendent, for the training and development of Maintenance Technicians.

Position Requirements High school graduate or equivalent GED diploma. Five (5) years experience in a large industrial maintenance department. Two (2) year Associates Degree. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic components. Microsoft office skills to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
