Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language disorders in students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
• Evaluate, track, and clearly document each student’s progress throughout the duration of care
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure coordinated interventions
• Involve families in the therapy process, offering guidance and education to foster understanding and compliance

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Active or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients is highly valued
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, displaying both independence and teamwork

Additional Requirements:

• Must hold or obtain a valid state license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative educational team
