POSITION SUMMARY

Lincoln Healthcare Leadership is seeking an Associate Managing Director, Provider Relations & Engagement to play a key role in advancing our mission of elevating healthcare through leadership, insight, and community.

The Associate Managing Director, Provider Relations & Engagement serves as a relationship leader for Home Care 100's provider community, driving recruitment, engagement, retention, and strategic growth for Home Care 100. This role develops trusted relationships with CEOs and executive leaders of home based care organizations, identifies opportunities for industry impact, and collaborates across education, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional experiences and measurable business outcomes.

This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role where success requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The role is ideal for someone who is relationship-focused, intellectually curious, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provider Relations & Engagement

You will serve as a relationship leader for Home Care 100's provider community, driving recruitment, engagement, retention, and strategic growth.

• Recruit and engage home based care provider executives to participate in the Home Care 100 community through targeted outreach, industry networking, conference attendance, and relationship development.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with provider leaders, serving as a trusted resource.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase first-time attendance, re-engage past participants, and improve long-term retention.

• Manage first-time attendee experiences, including onboarding webinars.

• Gather, analyze, and communicate attendee feedback to ensure insights are incorporated into future conference planning and engagement strategies.

• Partner with Operations team to ensure providers receive a seamless and high-value conference experience, including registration support, preparation calls, and on-site engagement.

Market Intelligence & Education Engagement

You will help translate market intelligence and provider engagement into action and measurable outcomes.

• Partner with Education team to support continuous recruitment of providers for education initiatives, speaking opportunities, and other market research activities.

• Stay informed on trends, challenges, innovations, and opportunities impacting home care providers.

• Conduct provider site visits and attend industry conferences to strengthen relationships and deepen market understanding.

• Serve as an internal advocate for providers by sharing market insights, attendee feedback, and emerging industry needs.

• Identify opportunities to connect providers with educational content, peer networking, thought leadership, and other engagement throughout the year.

Marketing & Community Development

You will work across teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

• Assist in shaping provider-focused messaging, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

• Leverage LinkedIn to maintain visibility, foster industry relationships, and engage prospective attendees.

Advisory Board Engagement

You will help us learn, evolve, and improve.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement of Advisory Board members.

• Maintain Advisory Board rosters, calendars, communications, meeting logistics, and participation tracking.

• Partner with the Managing Director to ensure Advisory Board members remain actively connected to organizational priorities and conference planning efforts.

Conference Experience & Event Operations

You will contribute to long-term success and sustainability.

• Ensure provider attendees maximize networking, speed meeting, educational, VIP, and experiential opportunities.

• Collaborate with Operations to deliver a seamless and personalized attendee experience before, during, and after events.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the overall conference experience and attendee satisfaction.

REPORTING & COLLABORATION

This role reports to the Managing Director, Home Care 100.

The role collaborates across education, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional experiences and measurable business outcomes.

You will be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, where partnership and communication are essential to success.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, account management, or a related field.

• Experience working with home care companies preferred.

• Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.

• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.

• Ability to travel regularly to conferences, provider meetings, and industry events.

• Relationship Management - Develops, maintains and grows relationships with provider executives and industry stakeholders.

• Executive Presence - Represents Home Care 100 professionally and confidently with CEOs and senior leaders.

LOCATION & TRAVEL

This is a remote position with regular travel throughout the year. Travel expectations include:

Attendance at two annual Home Care 100 conferences:

• Home Care 100 Winter: January 31 to February 3, 2027 | Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes (Orlando, FL)

• Home Care 100 Summer: June 13 to 16, 2027 | The Grand America Hotel (Salt Lake City, UT)

Additional travel will include:

• 2-3 team meetings annually in Southport, CT

• Attendance at home-based care industry conferences (approximately 4 events per year, 2-3 days each)

• Support of other Lincoln Healthcare Leadership events (up to 2 additional conferences per year, approximately 3-4 days each)

• Growth in qualified new provider attendees.

• Provider retention and repeat attendance rates.

• Increased provider engagement throughout the year.

• Speaker referrals and interviews generated

• Advisory Board participation and engagement.

• Conference attendee satisfaction and experience scores.

• Provider participation in research, content, and educational initiatives.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We offer a competitive and thoughtful total rewards package, including:

• Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 * Actual salaries may vary within or outside the stated range based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievements, business needs, and geographic location.
