Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled CVOR RN to provide specialized cardiovascular surgery nursing care. This position requires delivering exceptional patient care and supporting surgical teams throughout procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring all preoperative protocols are followed.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and handling instruments.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to intraoperative changes.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow established safety and infection control standards consistently.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular surgery experience.
• Proven knowledge of CVOR protocols, equipment, and sterile procedures.
• Strong ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical settings.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Successfully completed CPR, ACLS, and other relevant certifications.
