We hire passionate individuals that love helping people! Currently we are looking for experienced light industrial staffing recruiters for our branch in Lewisville, TX! Recruiters who truly understand the nature of the light industrial staffing industry and the nuances that go with it. The primary job duties of a light industrial recruiter entail:

• Conducts interviews, drug screens, E-Verify, and other onboarding procedures
• Ability to accurately source orders in a timely manner (24-48 hours) to complete customer order requests
• Manage time effectively to maximize daily recruiting efforts
• Enter applications into database
• When necessary, counsel or terminate employees for poor conduct
• Update clients of their order progress hourly for ASAP orders
• Outside customer service calls to clients

We are located in the Lewisville, TX and service Coppell, Flower Mound, Denton, Grapevine, and Lewisville, TX.

• Recruiting: 1-3 years

• Drivers License
• Valid Auto Insurance
