Job Opportunity: Gastroenterologist

We are a physician-owned, multi-location healthcare group with nearly four decades of experience in the greater Baltimore area. Our organization is currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to become part of our expanding team. This position presents a fantastic chance for seasoned professionals to take on immediate patient volume or for recent graduates to kickstart their careers with expert mentorship from over 20 skilled GI specialists.

Position Highlights:

• We welcome applications from both General Gastroenterologists and Advanced Endoscopists.
• Join a team of 20 physicians, five Physician Assistants, and nine Nurse Practitioners.
• Access to three AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery centers, with medical clinics conveniently located nearby. [New location set to open in Summer 2025!]
• Enjoy a positive organizational culture with low turnover rates.
• Flexible scheduling for both clinic and procedural duties based on individual physician preferences.
• Participate in an eight-week afternoon call rotation, averaging 8-10 afternoon blocks per cycle.
• Engage in a two-year Partnership Track that includes comprehensive benefits.
• Manage 10-14 patients per day with 30-45 minute procedure blocks.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with several local hospitals, enhancing both internal and external referral networks.
