Balance Autism, an innovative Autism organization, is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to help children develop critical skills and gain independence. As a leader of our team, you will coordinate with family members and staff to develop, implement and evaluate personalized ABA programs for children with Autism. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead in assessing strengths and deficits in order to develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Provide oversight and supervision to each child's program and a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure progress. Collaborate, coordinate and train with families and allied professionals to give each child a comprehensive approach. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Preferred experience of 2-4 years in Conducting behavioral and developmental assessments, preferably including VB-MAPP or ABLLS and FBAs. Developing programming procedures and data collection systems for individual treatment plans. Leading a team to provide intensive ABA skill‑acquisition programs.
