Summary: The NL Sleep Lab. The Supervisor for the Sleep Lab oversees lab daily operations including technician oversight, clinical quality, scoring efficiency and effectiveness. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining operations in line with an AASM accredited lab, and all of the requirements to maintain that accreditation. The supervisor will support all staff performance evaluations with the AVP Operations and Office coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees day to day operations of the sleep lab.
• Performance evaluations, audits, and staff assessments to ensure consistency and quality of care.
• Policy & Procedure review and improvement.
• Maintenance of AASM sleep accreditation for the Sleep Lab.
• Customer Service monitoring.
• Other Duties
