Cost Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $160,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Work with the team to develop and analyze standard costs
Review and analyze manufacturing variances and propose standards adjustments
Calculate and periodically review direct labor and overhead rates
Establish and review material standard costs and variances
Develop inventory analysis
Oversee daily labor and efficiency reporting and analysis

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - SAP preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 10 years' cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
