Cost Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $160,000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Work with the team to develop and analyze standard costs
- Review and analyze manufacturing variances and propose standards adjustments
- Calculate and periodically review direct labor and overhead rates
- Establish and review material standard costs and variances
- Develop inventory analysis
- Oversee daily labor and efficiency reporting and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - SAP preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 10 years' cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
