Staff Product Manager, Customer Growth

Role Overview We are seeking a strong Product Manager to lead AI‑driven growth and personalization initiatives across customer engagement ecosystems. This leader will own strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and execution for products leveraging behavioral signals, machine learning, and optimization systems to improve engagement, retention, frequency, and wallet share. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with analytical rigor, experimentation sophistication, systems thinking, and technical fluency.
