Principal Product Manager, Customer Growth

Position Summary What you’ll do About the Team We are building an AI-enabled Customer Growth platform focused on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across digital and omnichannel experiences. Role Overview We are seeking a strong Product Manager to lead AI‑driven growth and personalization initiatives across customer engagement ecosystems. This leader will own strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and execution for products leveraging behavioral signals, machine learning, and optimization systems to improve engagement, retention, frequency, and wallet share. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with analytical rigor, experimentation sophistication, systems thinking, and technical fluency. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products, supervisory experience.
