(Senior) Strategy Manager

You are envisioning our company of the future. You structure and drive the analysis required to facilitate the board decisions on essential portfolio and technology questions. You actively shape the success of the company today by leading crucial strategy program assignments with a team. You lay out and orchestrate how the company takes decisions towards its strategy throughout the year.


How You'll Make an Impact

• Drive strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact

• Inspire senior management with compelling ideas on where to take the company

• Continuously shape a yearly program to engage with the board on the future of the industry and Siemens Energy's positioning

• Manage and steer multiple stakeholders in the company's strategy process, e.g., business area strategy and regional hubs

• Monitor progress on crucial transformation initiatives deriving corrective actions

• Build a strong network of industry thought leaders to sensor upcoming shifts


What You Bring

• University degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration or a similar field (Master, MBA, PhD)
• 3+ years professional experience in strategy projects in top tier consulting firms or corporate strategy teams and/or Investment banking
• Demonstrated exceptional analytical skills and created compelling solutions
• Create followership with an inspiring personality and a natural drive to make difference and enjoy working with a diverse set of people on complex projects in volatile setting
• Push your AI literacy with curiosity and are eager to implement into business environments
• Known to constantly challenge yourself to enhance your leadership skills and convince stakeholders up to the board with excellent communication skills in English
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States including those with a current sponsored work authorization. Applicants in need of a future employer-sponsored work authorization are also eligible to apply as long as such applicants are already located in the United States. We are a growing team of strategy and energy enthusiasts with backgrounds in consulting, strategy and business management. We operate out of our offices in Orlando and Berlin. We work closely with the Executive Board and Business Areas to drive the strategic direction our company and industry. We share an ambition to create change within the company paired with the desire to develop ourselves for future leadership positions.
