User Insights Product Manager

Main Responsibilities: User Insights & Market Strategy: Conduct in-depth user research and data analysis in key U.S. states/regions, identify pain points in travel scenarios, produce competitor analysis reports, and lead the definition of features and PRD writing for the next-generation EBIKE products. Store Operations & Sales Practice: Responsible for daily operations of select U.S. stores (sales targets, inventory, merchandising), personally guide customers through test rides and after-sales service, and optimize local service processes. Data Feedback Loop & Product Iteration: Establish a store NPS tracking system, turn user feedback into quantifiable improvement metrics, and produce weekly store insights reports to drive headquarters’ hardware craftsmanship and software OTA upgrades. #J-18808-Ljbffr Heybike
