You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence executive decision making. You will apply your analytical skills, technical skills, and product sense to support leadership by setting goals for execution and prioritizing what to build. Your work will help guide product strategies by using data and insights through developing hypotheses and employing rigorous analytical approaches to test them. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, brings intellectual rigor to every problem, and is passionate about using data to deliver value to customers and the business.General ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the analytics roadmap for the 7-Eleven app, partnering closely with Product Managers to define success metrics, size opportunities, and measure impact across customer experiences.Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product strategies, evaluate features, quantify incrementality, and inform product decisions.Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and self-service reporting that give stakeholders visibility into product performance and customer behavior.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, define instrumentation requirements, and advocate for a culture of data-driven decision-making.Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendationsTranslate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks, and communicate findings to senior leaders through compelling, narrative-driven storytelling.What We're Looking ForBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysisStrong communication skills. Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skillsSuccessful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in business or quantitative fields such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering1+ years of experience in Statistical model building or scripting language (Python or R).1+ years of experience in SQL querying2+ years of experience in business analysis1+ years of experience in consulting.* Position is onsite and based in Irving TX.* Position not eligible for sponsorship#LI-PG1If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
