Your Impact & Responsibilities Prepare Patients:Room patients and document medical histories, medications, and the primary reason for their visit. Diagnostic Testing:Learn to operate state-of-the-art equipment to perform visual acuity tests and specialized eye imaging. Clinical Support:Assist our ophthalmologists during exams and in-office surgical procedures. Patient Care:Provide a compassionate, professional experience for patients of all ages. Schedule & Location Hours:Full-time (80 hours per pay period). Shift:Monday – Friday, flexible shifts between 6:45 am – 5:00 pm. Travel:Occasional travel to satellite clinics may be required. Requirements What You Bring to the Table Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Mindset:A genuine interest in healthcare and a "hunger" to learn complex new skills. Attention to Detail:The ability to follow precise medical instructions and manage data accurately. Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal communication and a team-first attitude.
