Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced and driven Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary operations Copley, Ohio. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment with approximately $5 million in annual sales, including $3 million in food revenue. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment with approximately $5 million in annual sales, including $3 million in food revenue. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, builds strong teams, and maintains exceptional food quality and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and inventory to meet financial targets
- Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Ensure consistent execution of menu items and presentation standards
- Collaborate with ownership and management on menu development and operational improvements
- Schedule staff effectively to meet business demands while controlling labor costs
- Handle vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory management
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage food and labor costs
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
