Full-Time Custodian at $15/hr. (Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm)FINGERPRINT BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED.Areas Serviced:General offices, private offices, lobbies, lounges, kitchen / break rooms, coffee areas, washrooms, restrooms, stairways, corridors, computer rooms, conference rooms and mailrooms (all common areas). No security access areas unless pre-approved. Schools include hallways and classrooms.FloorsHard Surface floors swept and/or damp moppedCarpeted floors vacuumed and spot cleanedEntrance lobby floors cleanedStairs vacuumed and/or sweptKitchen / Break rooms swept and/or damp moppedRestroomsFloors swept, mopped, and rinsed with a disinfectant detergentFixtures cleaned and sanitized including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basinsMirrors cleanedSmall partitions and tile walls wiped downSanitary napkin receptacles cleanedWaste receptacles emptied and resulting debris placed in designated areas. NOTE: Letter files, telephones, personal items, etc will NOT BE MOVED.
