Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient rehab and acute hospital patients, focusing on neuro and ortho evaluations and treatments. Ensure patient recovery plans are effectively implemented to promote optimal functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions for neuro and orthopedic patients.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in Meditech.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and dress code requirements.
• Float to related units as needed, maintaining flexibility and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active OT license (no temporary licenses accepted).
• Possess a minimum of 2+ years of hospital experience.
• Have current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience with inpatient rehab and hospital settings.
• Be able to perform stand-out evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho patients.
