Healthcare Consulting Associate - Clinical Enterprise

About the role Huron’s Healthcare Clinical Enterprise team seeks a Healthcare Consulting Associate to lead project workstreams, partner with stakeholders, and design and implement solutions that improve clinical and financial outcomes. Responsibilities Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies and best practices. Leverage critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis, identifying data gaps and risks to develop sound conclusions and create implementable, sustainable recommendations for improvement. Effectively summarize information and present findings and recommendations to varying levels of Huron and client leadership. Provide direct supervision of junior project team members, including coaching, mentorship, leading teams, and providing feedback through performance management. Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team‑based environment, preferably within healthcare or consulting. Relevant operations or leadership experience supervising a hospital department or team‑based projects, focusing on process re‑engineering, performance improvement, change management, department operations, or value‑based care. Project leadership and design/implementation management experience within a consulting firm, focusing on inpatient performance improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). U.S. work authorization required. Other Requirements Ability to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project needs; travel average less than 50% annually. Preference for experience in a matrixed organization or cross‑functional team environment. Compensation & Benefits Estimated base salary range: $100,000–$145,000. Annual incentive compensation potential, bringing total estimated compensation range to $112,000–$171,100.
