Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance automated trading tools and systems
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers globally
- Drive projects from concept to deployment, improving efficiency and scalability
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of professional Python experience, ideally in trading or complex tech environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience optimizing distributed, data-intensive systems
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and mentor others
Salary:
- Up to 400k Total comp
