Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: La Mesa, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in La Mesa, San Diego. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to customers while responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate records. This role has the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule down the road after training. Job Duties: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Provide assistance in both English and Spanish Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues when necessary Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service goals Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Previous high-volume call center or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Assignment Details: Contract to hire role Onsite Located in La Mesa, San Diego Compensation: $22.00 per hour Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST Pay Details: $22.00 per hour Search managed by: Ciara Norton Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
