Healthcare Project Lead

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time Manager Services Project Lead will manage multiple projects, coordinate resources, and utilize data insights to enhance performance in a hybrid role focused on healthcare services. Key responsibilities: Lead multiple client engagements to ensure successful delivery and alignment with client expectations Analyze client performance across key revenue cycle metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing status updates and actionable insights Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects, including planning and execution 5+ years of experience with end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, including patient access, billing, and collections 3+ years of experience analyzing operational data and translating insights into measurable improvements 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with accountability for outcomes and satisfaction Experience managing third-party vendors or external resources preferred
