Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Pay: $22.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the person helping keep products, orders, and information moving in the right direction. You'll work closely with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, finance, and marketing to ensure customers receive their orders on time and inventory levels stay optimal.


What You'll Do

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for

• Managing and maintaining relationships with distribution partners through regular communication
• Monitoring finished-goods and distributor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
• Creating and managing sales orders using company systems and ERP software
• Generating suggested orders based on inventory reports, sales data, and territory team input
• Tracking shipments and proactively communicating delays, changes, or issues
• Collaborating with warehouse teams to resolve order exceptions and determine shipping options
• Partnering with Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies and with Marketing to update product information
• Using data and reports to ensure smooth order processing and identify areas for process improvement

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, distribution, inventory, or supply chain environments
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in professional communication with internal teams and external partners
• Experience working with ERP, inventory, warehouse, or order-management systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Drive
• Ability to analyze data, identify potential issues, and take proactive action
• A self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
