HR/Payroll Specialist

Pay rate: $28-$40/hr. (Depending on years of experience) Fully onsite: Queen Creek, AZ Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a combined HR/Payroll role Hands-on experience processing payroll using ADP Experience handling HR administrative responsibilities including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation Experience working within an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or a similar platform Strong understanding of HR policies, employee data management, and confidentiality requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including data entry, reporting, and auditing information Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with employees and management teams Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or large workforce environments Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, Kronos, or SAP SuccessFactors Experience assisting with payroll audits, payroll tax administration, timekeeping, benefits administration, or employee relations processes Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Job Description Insight Global is looking for an HR / Payroll Specialist to support a growing HR team by providing administrative support to HR Business Partners while assisting the HR Manager with payroll-related responsibilities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding efforts, assisting with employee inquiries, and ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date. On a daily basis, they will help coordinate payroll activities, audit employee information, process payroll changes, maintain compliance-related documentation, and partner with employees and leadership to resolve payroll and HR-related questions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both HR operations and payroll functions in a fast-paced environment.
