ForMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.15+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure engineering, operations, platform engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.Experience leading large-scale global teams supporting mission-critical environments.Proven experience developing infrastructure strategy and executing large-scale modernization initiatives.Deep expertise across:Enterprise NetworkingCloud ServicesData CentersDatabase TechnologiesInfrastructure OperationsAutomation PlatformsReliability EngineeringExperience leading geographically distributed teams and managing through organizational change.Strong business acumen, financial management, and vendor management experience.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.Experience leading cloud-first transformation programs.Experience implementing AI-driven operational capabilities.Proven success driving organizational transformation and culture change within complex global enterprises.Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing
