Ellie Mental Health is growing in Tennessee, and we’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to make a difference without getting lost in a mountain of unnecessary administrative work.

Our goal is simple: make quality mental health care more accessible while creating a workplace where clinicians can actually enjoy what they do.

Your Ellie Day Might Look Like…
Helping a client work through a tough season.
Creating a treatment plan that actually fits the person—not just the paperwork.
Trying a creative intervention.
Collaborating with your team.
And, of course, writing your notes. ????

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing quality outpatient therapy
• Completing timely clinical documentation and case notes
• Maintaining at least 27 to 32 client visits per week
• Using creative approaches to help clients reach their goals
• Coordinating care with families, case managers, schools, employers, medical professionals, and other providers
• Participating in clinical meetings and trainings
• Supporting other clinic needs as they arise

We’re looking for someone with:

• A master's degree in behavioral science or a related field
• Current LCSW licensure
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to establish healthy professional boundaries
• Comfort working with diverse clients
• Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Ideally, credentialing with insurance panels
• A willingness to bring some personality to the therapy room
