DeepSea is powered by 917Ventures, the largest corporate venture builder in the Philippines. Role Description Agency partners for product sales to their advertiser clients. Publisher partners to acquire new publisher assets to monetize. Direct high-value advertiser clients for product sales. Responsibilities Build and maintain exceptional relationships with accounts. Maintain and upsell accounts to reach business objectives and targets. Work with sales channels and marketing in communicating the products to targeted audiences. Ensure timely collection of contributions from sales channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure business and channel objectives are driving profitable revenue growth. Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers efficiently and increase relevance in the local market. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder of either communications, business, or marketing. 3-5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in working with B2B products and services, ideally in the digital advertising space. Experience with both sales, channel management and partnership acquisitions. Familiarity and practical experience with current AdTech and Digital Marketing platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Logical, data-driven and detail oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Has great organizational abilities. Has experience in working with sales channels with multiple accounts and partners. Proficient computer skills including practical knowledge of Sales Automation platforms, Digital Marketing tools and Powerpoint/Excel.
