Your ability to build strong relationships, strategically manage leasing operations, and showcase the unique personality of each property will set the tone for success. By leading a dynamic leasing team, optimizing occupancy, and fostering a sense of community, you'll help uphold the Greco Seal of Approval, where every property has its own story and personality.Responsibilities:Works hand-in-hand with Property Manager(s) to ensure leasing goals of 600+ units are achieved through leasing and renewal retention.Respond to leadsProvides tours of apartment and community to potential residents for purpose of leasing apartments.Discusses with potential residents the advantages of leasing at the property.Closing the saleScreens rental applications and qualifies potential residents.Negotiate rates and terms for leases as needed within budgeted parameters.Proposes pricing adjustments as needed by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.Creates strong working relationship with referring partners (locators, realtors, corporate housing companies, relocation companies).Responsible for reviewing the leasing files to ensure accuracy.Submits commission reports monthly in a timely manner.Complies with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.Attend weekly leasing meeting and monthly marketing meeting.Other duties as assigned.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities listed above.
