Entry Level Sales Account Manager

About the Role:

Join FNA Consulting Group Inc as an Entry Level Account Manager in Woburn, MA! This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in account management and sales with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Support the development and execution of account strategies to achieve client goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client growth.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate account performance.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions.
Assist in resolving client issues and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Prior internship or experience in account management is a plus.
