Want to build your communication skills while supporting meaningful causes? The Bizarre Agency is hiring Charity Event Representatives to join our face-to-face fundraising team across Miami. You’ll work at promotional booths in shopping centers, festivals, and community spaces, introducing nonprofit campaigns and encouraging donations and supporter sign-ups. This is an active, goal-focused role involving direct public outreach—not simply event setup. No previous sales or fundraising experience is required. We provide hands‑on training and ongoing coaching. What You’ll Do Help set up charity booths, signage, and promotional displays Confidently approach members of the public and start conversations Explain each nonprofit partner’s mission, programs, and impact Answer questions and encourage donations or supporter sign‑ups Work toward individual and team fundraising goals Apply feedback to improve your communication and outreach skills Collaborate with your team to keep events organised and welcoming Represent nonprofit partners professionally and respectfully Who We’re Looking For You enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations You’re comfortable asking people to support a cause You’re motivated by goals and willing to learn from challenges You’re dependable, professional, and open to coaching You enjoy working as part of a team You’re comfortable working in public spaces and outdoor environments Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or volunteering is welcome—but not required.
