Pay: $2,463.48 weekly


Shifts: 12-hour shifts, days 7a-7p, nights 7p-7a; weekends as scheduled


Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN in the Med Surg specialty for a travel assignment located in Bridgeport, WV. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an acute care setting providing essential care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including general Med Surg and Post-OP cases. This role demands expertise in working with a wide range of patients, and it offers a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide high-quality care to patients with the support of a multidisciplinary team
• Monitor patients and document changes in status accurately in EPIC charting system
• Handle general Med Surg and Post-OP patients, including cases with chest tubes and oncology complications
• Ensure compliance with safety and standard protocols, particularly with chemotherapy handling
• Read and interpret telemetry strips using Phillips monitors
• Coordinate with central monitor tech and adjust Heparin drip as per unit protocol
• Collaborate effectively with CNAs and other healthcare staff

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Unexpired Driver's License
• Valid RN license in the state of West Virginia
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• ONS/ONCC (Chemotherapy Biotherapy) certification is a plus
• Experience in handling chest tubes and oncology-related complications
