Qualifications Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology Experience: 1 year Licenses: RAD-TX (Copy needed) Certifications: CERT-ARRT- R (Copy Needed); BLS-AHA (Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year HEALTHTRUST (HCA) – NO DOCS NEEDED AT SUBMISSION.
