Join the caring team at 5 Star Cares! We're seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide exceptional care in our residential group homes.

Location: Lutz, FL
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on experience and certification)

Requirements

✔ Part-time work two days a week and every other weekend
✔ Full-time work three days a week and every other weekend
✔ Opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability

What You'll Do

✅ Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility

✅ Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with higher-acuity needs

✅ Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team

✅ Complete accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality

✅ Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

✅ Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2 years of exp in acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting

✔ Experience supporting individuals with higher-acuity needs preferred

✔ Current BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

✔ Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

✔ Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist individuals up to 50 pounds

✔ Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
