Job OverviewComstock is looking for an experienced Sr. Leasing Consultant to join the team! Our company, a renowned developer of high-quality, sustainable, mixed-use, and transit-oriented communities is seeking a Sr, Leasing Consultant for our luxury, high-rise apartments in Arlington, VA. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.Oversee the entire leasing process, from lead generation to tenant occupancy, ensuring a smooth experience for all.Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood.Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.Manage and innovate our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other assigned tasks.QualificationsHigh School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in business or related fields.2 years of leasing experience in multi-family property management environment preferredProven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.Experience with Yardi is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).A strong focus on customer service and results.Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships.Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.The wage range listed for this position reflects a reasonable estimate and considers multiple factors that influence compensation decisions. These may include, but are not limited to, your skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and the specific needs of the organization. The posted range does not reflect adjustments for geographic differentials tied to where the role may be filled.At Comstock, it is not typical for a new hire to start at or near the top of the posted range. Compensation is determined based on the unique circumstances of each candidate.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
