We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative, Payer to join our Business Development team. This role would be responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and support broader sales objectives. We are looking for someone who has experience driving top-of-funnel growth to support payer partnership initiatives and wants to bring their talents into a "for purpose" space. To work at Talkspace, you need to be as passionate as we are about our work, and excited to partner with us on delivering quality mental healthcare.
This is a remote position with the potential of 5-10% travel requirement.

About You
- 2+ years of experience working with CRMs required.
- 3+ years of experience within healthcare, payers, or behavioral health.
- A strong interest in healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development.
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and gain stakeholder support.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
- Goal-oriented and driven to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $67,000 and $90,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate's relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
