Backed by young, innovative leadership, we provide experienced clinicians the room to specialize while offering new graduates a dedicated six-month mentorship program to ensure a confident start to their careers.

Clinical Excellence and Quality Care
We prioritize quality care over volume, utilizing a one-on-one treatment model at 75% productivity. Your day will consist of 12 to 15 patients with 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatments, primarily focusing on adult and teen orthopedic cases like total joints, ligament repairs, and pre-hab. Because we are a non-profit, you'll benefit from PSLF eligibility alongside a competitive base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, loan forgiveness, and relocation assistance. We believe in true work-life balance, which is why our Monday through Friday day shift comes with no weekends, no holidays, and 22 days of PTO to help you recharge.

Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
New graduate Physical Therapists invited to apply
