AI Transformation Specialist

Role Description

We are building a small, high-impact team of problem-solvers, builders, and operators who will help us transform and evolve in the AI era. This is not a traditional role with narrowly defined responsibilities. You will join a cross-functional transformation squad focused on:

• Identifying inefficiencies
• Challenging legacy workflows
• Implementing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact

• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong problem-solver with analytical thinking
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Continuously curious about AI and emerging technologies
• Fast learner who enjoys figuring things out
• Not attached to “this is how it’s always been done”

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, n8n, etc.), automations, agents, or workflows
• Vibecoding
• Process redesign experience
• SQL / Python / no-code automation tools
• Experience leading change initiatives
