Job Details Qualifications: 7+ years minimum of experience Family law litigation and in-depth knowledge of at least 1-2 local counties' rules Experience with sophisticated, high asset cases and litigation Assisting attorneys in drafting pleadings, declarations, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, proposed orders, stipulations, under attorney supervision Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Adobe Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
