Position Details: • Location: In person in Charleston, SC preferred (remote candidates - must be located in the state of South Carolina - will be considered if they have a strong skillset) • Experience Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of South Carolina Civil Litigation experience; candidates with South Carolina Family Law experience will be given preference • Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities Benefits: • Health insurance stipend after 90 days of employment • Generous paid time off • Paid holidays Key Qualifications: • Proven experience in South Carolina Civil Litigation and familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure. • Highly self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home for remote applicants. • Clio proficiency preferred. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote applicants. • Able to track billable and non-billable time and record time accurately in our case management system Why Join Us? $63,000-$78,000 per year
