Location: Manahawkin, NJ 08050

Duration: 07/30/2026 – 11/01/2026

Shift: Nights

Schedule: 3x12 | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays as Needed | No On-Call | Float Within Facility to Like Units

Pay Range: $55-$58/hr.

Required Experience

• Minimum two (2) years of prior RN experience working in a Med/Surg-Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting.
• Strong Med/Surg-Tele background.

Education

Required:

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Required Certifications & Licensure

• New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact License.
• BLS – American Heart Association (AHA).
• ACLS – American Heart Association (AHA).
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
• Telemetry Certification.
• CEU Contact Stroke – 4 Hours.

Job Summary

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Initiate assessments based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manage patient care.
• Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
